Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and discovery responses. Conduct legal research and develop case strategies. Prepare for and participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Prepare reports, budgets, and case evaluations. Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas to deliver effective legal solutions. Contribute to the continued growth of the litigation practice. What you'll need Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active South Carolina Bar admission. At least three years of civil defense litigation experience. Strong motion practice, legal research, and writing skills. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and client communication skills.
