Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, identifying strengths and areas for growth.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique goals, preferences, and progress.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, employing various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Document all client interactions and progress meticulously in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular case consultations with colleagues and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to enhance comprehensive client care.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive client information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with Omada, you will work with a diverse population of clients facing a range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to the specific needs of each client will be critical in fostering a supportive and effective counseling experience. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Valid state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
