Senior Compounding Pharmacist — Lab QA & Compliance

Hims, Inc. is seeking a Compounding Pharmacist in Mesa, AZ to lead the compounding laboratory and supervise technicians. You will perform compounding procedures, ensure quality and safety, and maintain compliance with USP , , and FDA regulations. The role requires coordination with the Pharmacist-in-Charge, training of staff, and adherence to safety protocols while supporting patient care and medication accuracy.
