Residential Property Inspector - Arvada, CO

What You’ll Do Travel to residential homes to complete exterior (and occasional interior photos) property inspections. Take photos, collect property data, and upload findings using a smartphone or tablet. Provide high‑quality, professional service with accuracy and on‑time service, and maintain excellent communication. Maximize the opportunity by utilizing your unique skillset. What We’re Looking For 1099 Independent Contractors – be your own boss, set your own schedule. Flexible hours – work Monday through Saturday during daylight. Comfortable working outdoors – this role requires working in various weather conditions. Tech‑savvy – recent smartphone or tablet capable of taking and storing hundreds of photos. Computer access – Wi‑Fi‑enabled for uploading data. Reliable vehicle and driver’s license – travel to residential properties within your area. Strong communication skills – professional and persistent communicator, not disappearing when challenges arise. Microsoft Excel familiarity – basic computer skills for managing inspections. Compensation Independent contractors get paid per inspection. Fees vary by location and inspection type, allowing higher earning potential as you demonstrate competency.
