Business Operations Associate

Manage employee-facing IT operations, including devices, software, access, vendors, and day-to-day support Improve company knowledge management, including Notion structure, governance, and documentation Identify manual, fragmented, or unclear processes and use technology, automation, and AI to improve efficiency and scalability Maintain and improve workplace and IT systems, including tool administration, permissions, documentation, and operating processes Lead high-priority, cross-functional operational projects from problem definition through implementation Define problems, align stakeholders, manage timelines, and implement durable solutions Improve Notion organization, governance, templates, and content discoverability Report to the Chief of Staff & VP, Business Operations Requirements 3–5 years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, consulting, startup operations, or a similarly cross-functional role Strong systems thinking and creative problem-solving skills Ability to structure ambiguous problems and independently drive work to completion Strong project management, analytical, and written communication skills Technical fluency and comfort learning and managing workplace tools and systems High ownership and attention to detail Willingness to combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution Collaborative, low‑ego approach and ability to work effectively across teams High-growth technology experience preferred Healthcare or regulated‑industry experience is a plus Current authorization to work in the location where the job is posted Core Competencies Demonstrates strong project management and analytical skills to lead cross-functional operational projects while improving IT systems and knowledge management.
