Contract Billing Supervisor

A company is looking for a Contract Billing Supervisor. Key Responsibilities Supervises and coordinates contract billing activities to ensure an accurate accounts receivable system Oversees the entry of contract billing data into the accounting system, ensuring proper coding and accuracy Ensures compliance with established billing policies and procedures, and drives continuous process improvement Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field Minimum of four years of accounts receivable experience, including at least one year in a supervisory role Operational knowledge of accounts receivable processes and accounting regulatory standards Experience in federal government contracting and various invoicing software preferred Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and Adobe Professional
