What you'll do As a GTM Sales Operations Manager, you are a highly motivated self-starter who is responsible for driving critical initiatives in the Salesforce account, contact data quality and account hierarchies across our Europe, LATAM, Asia, and Japan regions. This role involves direct engagement with regional Sales and GTM teams. You will partner directly with regional Sales and GTM teams to execute data quality strategies using AI-driven transformations, enrichment improvements, and coordinated onshore/offshore delivery. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director of Data Governance and Strategy. Responsibility Execute regional data quality initiatives focusing on firmographics, account hierarchies and deduplication across Europe, LATAM, APAC, and Japan markets Develop and enforce data standards, governance policies, and parent-child relationship rules aligned with regional compliance requirements Build and maintain regional data quality dashboards with monthly KPI tracking and executive visibility to Sales and GTM leadership Deploy AI agents and automation workflows to scale data cleansing and enrichment and make material data quality improvements Identify and evaluate emerging data technologies and tools to improve operational efficiency Write new business requirements (BRDs) and specifications for data quality initiatives, automation workflows, and GTM system enhancements Coordinate closely with internal IT team to ensure technical feasibility, security compliance, and alignment with data infrastructure standards Participate in prioritization sessions to assess business impact of data initiatives and ensure resources are allocated to highest-value opportunities Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new data systems, automation tools, and process changes; validate that solutions meet regional business requirements Document UAT findings, coordinate remediation with IT and vendors, and sign-off on production deployment Partner closely with regional Marketing, Customer Success, Partner, Sales Operations, RevOps, and GTM teams to understand data requirements and drive adoption of data standards Communicate regional data quality insights and recommendations to Sales and GTM leadership through presentations, reports, and dashboards Coordinate execution with central data governance team and offshore contractors to deliver consistent, high-quality data improvements Lead offshore team performance management, training, and quality assurance Drive adoption of GTM data standards and processes in regional markets Execute enrichment strategy leveraging Clay, Dun & Bradstreet, ZoomInfo, HG Insights, and other platforms to expand coverage and improve data completeness Manage vendor selection, relationships, monitor data quality benchmarks, and negotiate SLAs Ensure clean data creation at point of entry through process improvements and regional user enablement Execute cross-functional regional data programs with defined KPIs, milestones, and stakeholder visibility (territory carving, account segmentation, forecasting enablement) Support regional GTM planning with clean, standardized account and contact data Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. What you bring Basic Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related analytical field (or equivalent professional experience demonstrating strong technical and analytical capabilities) 8+ years of experience in data quality, governance, or data operations in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment 3+ years of experience managing data quality initiatives for Europe, LATAM, APAC, and Japan regions 2+ years of experience with AI/ML-driven data quality, automation solutions, or intelligent data processing Experience managing offshore or distributed data operations teams Experience with advanced Salesforce expertise: account hierarchies, contact models, CRM data governance Experience in SQL and Python for data analysis, scripting, and automation Experience with enrichment platforms like Dun & Bradstreet, ZoomInfo, HG Insights, Apollo, Clay Experience with data privacy/compliance regulations (GDPR, CCPA, local market requirements) Experience writing business requirements and technical specifications for data/IT initiatives Experience in UAT (User Acceptance Testing): defining test cases, identifying defects, coordinating remediation Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Data teams Experience coordinating with offshore teams/vendors in diverse markets (Europe, LATAM, APAC, Japan, EMEA) Experience driving adoption of data standards and governance policies Preferred Strong executive-level communication: ability to translate data insights for C-level GTM leadership Experience in a GTM or Revenue Operations leadership role RevOps or Sales Operations background in B2B SaaS enterprise environments Certification in data governance (CDMP, DGSP) or comparable framework Advanced experience with AI/ML frameworks (LLMs, GPT-based solutions) for data enrichment Advanced analytics and visualization: Tableau, Power BI, Looker Background implementing modern data governance frameworks and metadata management Prior experience managing global operations across 3+ regions with different languages/markets Remote-first collaboration: comfort working asynchronously with global teams Wage Transparency Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations: California: $146,400.00 - $235,375.00 base salary Illinois: $140,100.00 - $197,925.00 base salary Washington: $140,100.00 - $206,775.00 base salary This role is also eligible for the following: Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance. Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
