Aspen Contracting is seeking motivated, goal-oriented individuals to join our Outside Sales team in the Charlotte market.

As an Outside Sales Consultant, you'll work directly with homeowners to identify exterior restoration needs, conduct property inspections, present solutions, and guide customers through the restoration process.

No roofing experience required. We'll provide paid training, tools, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Hiring throughout the greater Charlotte area and surrounding North Carolina communities.

All North Carolina leads are assigned through the local market based on business needs.

Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2)

Compensation: $50,000–$200,000+ annually

Pay Structure: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission

Training: Paid Training Provided

Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and weekends based on customer appointments

Travel: Local travel throughout the Charlotte market

Experience: No roofing experience required

What You’ll Do

As an Outside Sales Consultant, you'll build relationships with homeowners and help them navigate their exterior restoration needs from initial inspection through project completion.

• Generate and develop new customer opportunities. 
• Meet with homeowners and conduct residential property inspections. 
• Identify roofing, siding, and gutter restoration opportunities. 
• Educate homeowners on available restoration solutions. 
• Prepare project estimates and scopes of work. 
• Present solutions and close sales. 
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and customers. 
• Manage customer relationships throughout the project. 
• Coordinate with internal production teams. 
• Maintain accurate customer and project information. 
• Represent Aspen Contracting professionally in the community.

Previous sales experience is helpful but not required .

Experience in outside sales, retail, automotive, real estate, insurance, hospitality, customer service, or other customer-facing roles can translate well into this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License 
• Reliable transportation 
• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs 
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions 
• Ability to lift equipment as needed 
• Ability to work a Full-Time schedule

Compensation & Benefits

This is a Full-Time W-2 position with uncapped earning potential.
