Talent Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities Partner with leadership and hiring managers to develop and refine job descriptions and hiring profiles that align with organizational needs. Create engaging job postings and recruitment messaging to attract top talent across multiple sourcing channels. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of positions, from individual contributors to executive-level roles. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using both traditional and innovative sourcing strategies. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing a professional and positive experience throughout the hiring process. Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills, and organizational fit. Present qualified candidates and hiring recommendations to hiring managers. Prepare and extend employment offers in accordance with organizational compensation and hiring guidelines. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and recruitment tools to manage recruiting activities and maintain accurate records. Support new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition into the organization. Participate in recruiting initiatives, process improvements, and other Human Resources projects as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including recruiting for professional, leadership, and executive-level positions. Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously across a variety of functions and experience levels. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and recruiting technologies. Demonstrated commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience and maintaining confidentiality throughout the hiring process.
