About the Opportunity

We are seeking an Junior Marketing Trainee to support promotional initiatives and customer engagement efforts within retail environments. This full-time, in-person opportunity is designed for individuals who want to develop practical experience in marketing, communication, customer service, and business development.

In this role, you will work alongside experienced team members to represent client brands, support promotional initiatives, and provide professional customer experiences. No previous experience is required, and paid training and ongoing mentorship are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a professional and approachable manner to provide information about products, services, and promotions.
• Assist with the execution of in-store marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
• Answer customer questions and contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Develop knowledge of product features, pricing, and promotional offerings.
• Support the organization and presentation of promotional areas.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve daily and campaign objectives.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
• Represent True Stance and its clients professionally and in accordance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

• Dependable, organized, and team-oriented.
• Goal-oriented approach with an interest in professional development.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid U.S. driver's license required.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or marketing is helpful but not required.
• Interest in marketing, customer engagement, business development, or leadership.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
