About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Private Capital Solutions to lead a dynamic team that is at the forefront of redefining how private companies and their shareholders access liquidity. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and owning strategic relationships with private companies, law firms, and venture investors, and will engage directly with senior stakeholders to address their capital and liquidity needs. This high-visibility role requires a hands-on commercial leader with a strong background in the pre-IPO or secondaries market, investment banking, or private capital advisory, and a deep understanding of the technology company landscape. The VP will be expected to personally lead client discussions, pitches, and mandate negotiations, as well as to coach and develop the team to ensure sustained growth and performance. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a proven track record of originating and winning corporate mandates, with a focus on the technology sector being a plus. The role demands a candidate with exceptional sales, negotiation, and communication skills, who is also adept at building and improving commercial teams. The ideal candidate will have an established network of senior private-company executives, venture investors, and other market participants, and will be comfortable working closely with product and operational teams to deliver complex client engagements. A hands-on, entrepreneurial approach, combined with strong organizational discipline, is essential.
