Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education licensure required
• Experience working with middle school aged students (grades 6-8) strongly preferred
• Competence in developing and implementing IEPs
• Bilingual Spanish skills preferred, but not required
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Adaptability, creativity, and a passion for inclusive learning

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a dedicated group of middle school students requiring special education services
• Design and implement adaptive instructional strategies that align with students’ IEPs
• Conduct assessments and track student progress, communicating results with staff and families
• Collaborate with general education staff, support professionals, and family members to ensure cohesive support
