Geriatric Care Staffing & Scheduling Coordinator (On‑Call)

Windward Life Care is seeking a temporary Staffing Coordinator for a 30‑hour weekly, three‑month assignment in our San Diego office. The role focuses on matching HCAs to client needs, ensuring shifts are filled, and managing on-call support with care managers. Your duties include payroll verification, crisis-responsive communication, and potential field visits for gap coverage.
