Inventory Specialist (Administrative) Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Ability to follow and understand verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment Ability to work well with others and collaborate with multiple departments in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to be respectful, approachable, and team-oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment. Accurately perform daily cycle counts. Research inventory discrepancies and perform root cause analysis. Monitor and control inventory integrity. Monitor and maintain rotation and organization. Maintain product identification, location, and lot code accuracy. Overseeing and directing incoming freight from receiving. Provides internal customer support. Assists with monthly physical inventory. Ensure effective consolidation and rotation of products in all locations (FIFO). Has a clear understanding of SQF, HACCP, and GMP policies. Validate and report actual inventory variances. Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work area. Ability to work extended periods in a cold environment and short periods in the freezer. Ability to operate a scissor lift, high lift, forklift, pallet jack, stand-up jack, etc. Knowledge of receiving procedures for meat products entering the company, including lot assignment and internal records procedures. Follow all work Safety Regulations. Complete food safety documentation as required. Performs other related duties as required by Bertolino Foods. #J-18808-Ljbffr
