Branch Sales Manager

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities within the door and hardware supply space. This is a hunter role focused on building relationships with property managers, owners, and facilities managers across the Inland Empire and down through San Diego County. About the Role Prospect and develop new accounts within the assigned territory. Qualifications Proven track record in business development or outside sales, ideally within construction, building materials, doors, hardware, or a related industry Established relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, or developers in Southern California a strong plus Strong understanding of the construction bidding and procurement process Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills Self motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory Willingness to travel throughout the Inland Empire and down to San Diego as needed Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation Pay range and compensation package Base salary plus uncapped commission structure. Total compensation potential of $150,000 to $200,000 or more depending on performance.
