Local Contractor with Extensive Repeat Client Base and Premier Ground up Project
Job Description
Manage multifamily projects through all lifecycle phases Lead contract review, buyout, and subcontractor coordination Maintain schedules, budgets, and milestone tracking Drive document control using Procore and Bluebeam Oversee closeout, turnover, and final reporting MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
5-10 years of construction project management experience Proven multifamily delivery on garden-style or mid/high-rise Advanced user of Procore, Bluebeam, and On-Screen Takeoff Strong contract, buyout, and closeout capability Confident communicator who drives accountability

$125,000-$135,000 base salary plus up to 10% bonus Healthcare cost-sharing, car allowance, and PTO starting at 2 weeks Clear performance milestones with room for advancement
