Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Oasis Physical Therapy, your daily activities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of residents to assess their physical capabilities, limitations, and therapeutic needs.
• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans that focus on enhancing strength, mobility, and functional independence, tailored to each resident's unique situation.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and share insights on patient progress, discussing strategies to overcome treatment barriers.
• Providing education to residents and their families about home exercise programs and wellness strategies to ensure continuity of care post-discharge.
• Maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations, along with upholding professional standards of practice during all interactions.

Qualifications
