Work Environment

The position is based onsite at our fully-equipped Rehabilitation Center, where you will work Monday through Friday with flexible shifts totaling 40 hours a week. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, tailoring individualized treatment plans that address their unique recovery goals.
• Administer effective treatment protocols for patients across various specialties, including orthopedic injuries, pediatric therapy, neurological rehabilitations, and sports medicine.
• Engage in active communication with patients, educating them on their conditions and expected outcomes while providing emotional support throughout their recovery process.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic exercises in both clinical settings and in-home visits, ensuring comprehensive care that adapts to the patient's living environment.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes to track performance against established utilization goals.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and a valid State License in Physical Therapy.
