What You'll Do As a 1st Shift Production Assembler, your days will be filled with purposeful work, transforming components into finished goods. You'll be a vital part of our production line, ensuring every product meets our rigorous quality standards. Collaborate with your team to meticulously assemble entire products or specific components, following detailed instructions and blueprints. Rotate through various tasks and stations within our specific production processes, gaining diverse experience and expanding your skill set. Conduct thorough quality inspections on products and parts at different stages of assembly, identifying and addressing any imperfections. Prepare finished products for shipment, ensuring they are correctly packaged and ready for our customers. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all safety protocols and best practices. Operate a variety of hand tools and relevant assembly equipment with precision and care. Contribute to problem-solving efforts on the production floor, identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills. Work effectively within established production schedules to meet daily output goals.
