Mortgage Loans Coordinator

In this role, you will coordinate end-to-end loan documentation, review files for completeness and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with lenders, insurers, and internal teams to ensure smooth, timely closings. You’ll track application status, maintain detailed records, and respond to inquiries from member banks with service-oriented, relationship-focused support. This position offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in mortgage lending, compliance, and insurance within a collaborative, mission-driven organization serving Iowa’s banking community and beyond.
