Job Description:

- Are you ready to make a significant impact in critical care?
- As a Registered Nurse in our Intensive Care Unit (ICU), you will:
- Plan, coordinate, and implement patient care tailored to age-specific needs.
- Ensure quality care delivery in a safe and efficient manner.
- Stay flexible to adapt to ever-changing systems and protocols.
- Demonstrate professionalism and commitment to the unit's mission and goals.
- Treat patients, families, and colleagues with respect and consideration.

Qualifications:

- Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of documented ICU experience or completion of an approved ICU training course.
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in California.
- BLS Certification (American Heart Association guidelines).
- ACLS Certification (to be obtained within six months of hire).

- Preferred:
- CCRN Certification.
- PALS Certification (to be obtained within six months of hire).
- Basic computer skills.
- Experience with EPIC.

Work Environment:

- Day Shift: 3 x 12s (Wednesday to Saturday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM).
- Committed to safety and well-being of associates and patients.
- Category 2 exposure to blood and body fluids, with necessary accommodations available.
- Compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality regulations is a must.
