Accounts Receivable Specialist
Customer Management Systems – Sanford, FL

Customer Management Systems (CMS) is a leading Automotive Training Center located in Sanford, FL, providing weekly sales training to dealerships nationwide. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team and help keep our office operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
• Perform data entry and administrative duties
• Receiving and entering all payments into QuickBooks
• Send invoices to all customers and make collection calls to past due accounts
• Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• At least 1 year of QuickBooks experience
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented attitude

Schedule:

• Full-time |  Monday – Friday | 8:45 AM – 6:00 PM

Compensation:

• $18.00 – $20.00 per hour , depending on experience
• Performance-based raises (based on attendance and performance)

The Customer Management Systems workforce utilize a state of the art computer/telecommunications capability and modern facilities to provide over 100,000 survey calls for over 60 client companies each month. To insure the high quality of the survey experience, each CMS employee is trained on the latest surveys, tools and software.
