Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental and emotional health, employing standardized evaluation tools to best understand their individual needs.

• Evaluate client goals and issues collaboratively, developing comprehensive and personalized treatment plans that align with both client aspirations and the latest evidence-based practices.

• Deliver engaging individual therapy sessions addressing a wide spectrum of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions, using specific techniques to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and rebuild trust, fostering healthier relationship dynamics.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and therapy notes to ensure continuity of care.

• Regularly review client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, ensuring that interventions remain relevant and effective in meeting clients’ evolving needs.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care, coordinating with other healthcare providers as necessary to support comprehensive client health.

• Conduct crisis interventions as required, utilizing assessments and intervention strategies to provide immediate support to clients in acute distress.

• Engage in continuous professional development, participating in training opportunities to stay current with best practices and ongoing research in the field of marriage and family therapy.

• Promote self-care, both personally and for clients, emphasizing the importance of maintaining emotional resilience and wellness practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role caters to a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and couples. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and/or couples therapy, preferably with diverse age groups, to establish strong therapeutic alliances and effective treatment interventions.
