As a Driving Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a government location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting site operations. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon04:00 PM - 09:00 PMTue04:00 PM - 09:00 PMWed04:00 PM - 09:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to government location personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of government buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, hazards, or access concerns. Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures, while maintaining a professional presence for employees, visitors, and contractors. Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
