- Serve as the technical expert to define, develop, and troubleshoot complex, fully integrated project schedules and relationship logic using critical path methodology in Primavera (P6).
- Train and develop junior schedulers and planners in resource loading, leveling, baselining, and organizing collaborative schedule review meetings with project stakeholders.
- Oversee the daily operations and security profiles of the department's scheduling software, managing user roles and system maintenance.
- Analyze schedules to identify and mitigate potential risks or issues that could delay key project milestones, providing accurate status reports to senior management.
- Facilitate effective communication and alignment between site execution teams, external contractors, and Our Client's senior leadership.
