Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Vital Serenity Counseling, you will:

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, focusing on tailored therapeutic approaches.

• Assess clients' needs through in-depth evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals and challenges.

• Employ a spectrum of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to support clients effectively.

• Participate in case consultations with other therapists and healthcare professionals to create an integrative treatment plan for comprehensive care.

• Document client progress accurately and timely using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, addressing various presenting issues such as relationship conflicts, anxiety, depression, and trauma. The role requires sensitivity to cultural backgrounds and adaptability to individual client needs, ensuring that all clients feel understood and supported in their therapeutic journeys.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is mandatory.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.
