Having dominated the automotive and collision repair space, the team is now scaling into new verticals. We need a full-cycle closer who thrives in the "zero-to-one" phase—someone who can hunt, consult, and close high-value retainers while leveraging modern AI tools to outpace the competition. This is an opportunity to report directly to GTM leadership and shape the growth trajectory of a fast-moving, distributed agency. Key Responsibilities Execute the full sales cycle from proactive lead generation and outbound prospecting to discovery, proposal, and closing. Identify and penetrate new market verticals, translating the agency's proven success in automotive into fresh industries. Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to understand client pain points and pitch complex, multi-channel marketing retainers. Manage a clean and rigorous pipeline within HubSpot, ensuring all data is accurate and actionable. Collaborate with the creative and performance teams to ensure proposals are feasible and aligned with client goals. Integrate AI tools into your daily workflow to accelerate prospecting, personalize outreach, and streamline administrative tasks. Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada. Agency Experience: Proven track record selling professional services within a digital marketing agency environment. Full-Cycle Expertise: Demonstrable experience running the entire sales process; we are looking for a closer, not just an SDR or account manager. Proven Performance: A history of hitting or exceeding quotas with specific revenue numbers to back it up. Tech-Forward: You are an early adopter of AI tools and can articulate how you use them to gain a competitive edge. Digital Literacy: Deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including performance marketing, SEO, and creative strategy.
