Learn more about JSA Interactive Inc., a global digital marketing company and our brands We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and results-driven Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our growing digital marketing agency. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their digital marketing strategies deliver measurable business results. You will oversee the successful launch and ongoing management of client websites, coordinate and optimize Google Ads campaigns, monitor SEO performance, track lead generation and Google Analytics data, and ensure campaigns are continuously optimized for maximum ROI. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience managing Google Ads (including Search and Performance Max campaigns), PPC advertising, and either Facebook Ads and/or Google Local Services Ads (LSAs), while confidently managing multiple client campaigns simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Client Onboarding & Website Management: Oversee the setup and launch of new client websites, ensuring they are optimized for performance and lead generation. You'll work with designers and developers to deliver. Google Ads & SEO Oversight: Manage and review client campaigns, ensuring Google Ads and SEO strategies align with business goals. You'll work with media buyers and SEOs to deliver. Experience/fundamental understanding of how to optimize a campaign. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Regularly track and analyze SEO rankings, Google Analytics and Search Console insights, and lead generation performance, providing data‑driven recommendations. Client Satisfaction & Growth: Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction with services, resolving concerns proactively, and identifying opportunities to upsell or upgrade service tiers. Problem-Solving & Optimization: Identify issues affecting campaign performance and implement solutions to enhance ROI and overall marketing effectiveness. Critical thinking skills. Organized & Strategic Execution: Stay ahead of deadlines, manage multiple clients efficiently, and ensure all campaigns align with KPIs and marketing objectives. Qualifications & Skills: Experience with digital marketing for local businesses Experience in digital marketing, account management, or client services. 3 yrs minimum Strong knowledge of Google Ads, PPC, LSAs, SEO, lead generation, and Google Analytics. Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Highly organized and detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts. Proactive problem solver with a results‑driven approach. Ability to interpret performance data and make strategic recommendations.
