Restoration Coordinator Location: Detroit, MI Pay: $20.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. | 40 hours per week Contract opportunity | Field-based We're seeking a Restoration Coordinator to help identify and document property restoration needs following underground gas line replacement projects throughout Southeast Michigan. This role involves extensive walking, visiting residential construction sites, and communicating with customers, contractors, and field crews. Responsibilities Walk project sites to identify property restoration needs resulting from construction activities. Record and upload restoration details using an iPad. Serve as a liaison between customers and restoration vendors. Communicate with field crews, contractors, and city, county, and state inspectors. Support assigned projects through completion and maintain accurate documentation. Travel between project locations throughout Southeast Michigan. Qualifications Ability to remain on your feet approximately 90% of the workday and walk extensively. Reliable personal transportation for travel between project sites. Mileage reimbursement is provided according to company policy. Basic experience using an iPad and navigating the internet. Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills. Basic math skills. Overtime may be required based on project needs.
