You will be responsible for triaging tickets, providing accurate responses, and ensuring all inquiries are resolved within our established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). ● Precision Data Management: Review and audit employee timecards for regular hours, OT, and various leave codes. Load batches and perform the critical "first review" of payroll registers to catch variances before they happen. ● ADP Power User: Maintain and update ADP Workforce Now to reflect changes in labor laws, tax jurisdictions, and employee status. ● Garnishment Administration: Se...
