Tryfacta is seeking a Registered Nurse LTC for our client in Vestal, NY 13850. This is a 16-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please apply now!

Position Title: Registered Nurse LTC

Location: Vestal, NY 13850

Duration: 16 weeks

Work Schedule: Mid 5x8-Hour (02:45 - 11:15)

Pay rate: $50 - $55/hr.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and safety
• Monitor residents' health conditions and report changes to physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation (EMR, MAR, TAR, progress notes)
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and family members
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• Graduate of an accredited RN program
• Current and valid RN license in NY - No License hits allowed
• BLS/CPR certified
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
