Business Operations Specialist

The Insights and Data Solutions Division is responsible for leading and advancing EXIM's enterprise-wide business intelligence, artificial intelligence, visual analytics, and multi-domain participant data management programs. The Division provides strategic guidance in the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of critical data and analytics initiatives that support EXIM's loan, loan guarantee, and insurance programs. Through innovative data governance and analytical solutions, the Division enhances decision-making, operational effectiveness, and mission delivery for U.S. exporters. What You'll Do: Serve as a technical specialist on EXIM's participant and application data environments, providing expertise in data governance, management, and integrity. Responsibilities include: Developing and implementing procedures to investigate, resolve, and prevent data quality issues. Designing and maintaining processes for data collection, aggregation, matching, consolidation, validation, storage, and distribution across the enterprise. Partnering with financial, business, and operational stakeholders to translate requirements into data-driven solutions that support enhanced analytics and reporting capabilities. Managing master data processes, including record creation, schema mapping, data enrichment, hierarchy management, and business semantics governance. Analyze and interpret policies, guidance, and program requirements to support the effective implementation and management of enterprise data initiatives. Independently apply analytical expertise to evaluate and execute policies related to EXIM's participant data management portfolio, using data derived from loans, loan guarantees, and insurance programs to improve service delivery and program outcomes for U.S. exporters. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the organization, including managers, subject matter experts, and contractors, to identify and resolve data collection challenges and data quality concerns. Lead efforts to incorporate reliable data into new performance measures and enhance existing metrics to ensure continued alignment with EXIM's strategic, programmatic, financial, operational, and administrative objectives.
