This is an exciting opportunity to work cross-functionally with Finance, Purchasing, and leadership teams while helping shape financial decisions that impact the organization's success.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving financial challenges, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoAs a Budget Analyst, you'll be a trusted partner in managing financial performance and ensuring budget accuracy across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and track departmental budgets, ensuring accurate recording of expenditures and financial activities.Manage SAP transactions, including budget entries, financial updates, and system reporting.Analyze financial data to ensure compliance, accuracy, and alignment with company policies.Prepare monthly budget reports, reconciliations, and variance analyses to support leadership decision-making.Maintain organized financial documentation, including invoices, procurement records, and supporting reports.Partner with Finance, Purchasing, and other business teams to resolve budget, payment, and reporting issues.Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.Investigate financial discrepancies and drive timely resolutions.Recommend process improvements that enhance budget controls, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.Assist with business planning initiatives, budget projections, and financial management activities.Support investment reviews, financial presentations, and executive reporting.Coordinate internal programs, special projects, and company events.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and global counterparts.Provide administrative and operational support to leadership and team members as needed.What We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field3+ years of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, or related experienceExperience working with SAP or a similar enterprise financial systemAdvanced Excel skills, including:Pivot TablesVLOOKUP/XLOOKUPComplex formulas and data analysisFinancial reporting and modelingStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a collaborative environmentWhy Join Us?Make a direct impact on organizational financial performance.Collaborate with talented cross-functional teams and business leaders.Gain exposure to budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic planning.Be part of a supportive team that values innovation, process improvement, and professional growth.Opportunity to expand your financial expertise in a highly visible role.Work EnvironmentThe position is onsite within a cubicle environment, necessitating strong communication skills and the ability to manage stress and workloads effectively.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Irvine, CA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
