School-Based Speech Therapist Assistant - Bonita Springs, Florida

We are seeking passionate Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) for the upcoming academic year. This full-time contract position offers the opportunity to work on-site in dynamic educational environments-virtual roles are not available.


As a valued SLPA, you'll collaborate with skilled teams, engage with diverse caseloads ranging from young children to middle school students, and contribute directly to student success across multiple campuses. Both full-time (up to 37.5 hours/week) and part-time schedules are available, providing flexible opportunities to fit your needs.


Key Qualifications:

• Active FL Department of Health SLPA license required
• Previous school-based SLPA experience a plus
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 50-55 students
• Comfortable covering multiple school sites as assigned
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Satisfactory completion of fingerprinting/credentialing (applicants with prior FL school district fingerprinting may qualify for transfer-see process details)
• Commitment to on-site support; remote work is not available

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality speech language services under the supervision of licensed SLPs
• Implement individualized and group interventions for K-8 students
• Maintain timely documentation of treatment and progress
• Partner with educational staff and parents to foster student development
• Support multiple elementary and middle school locations as needed
