Regional Human Resources Director – South Jersey

Complete Care Management is seeking an experienced Regional Human Resources Director to support our skilled nursing and long-term care facilities throughout South Jersey .

The Regional HR Director will work closely with facility leadership and HR teams to provide guidance, support employee relations, strengthen retention, and ensure consistent HR practices across the region.

• Partner with Administrators and facility HR teams on day-to-day HR matters.

• Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations, performance management, and company policies.

• Support recruitment, onboarding, retention, and employee engagement initiatives.

• Coach and support facility HR Directors and HR teams.

• Monitor HR trends and assist facilities with identifying areas for improvement.

• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies.

• Support employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.

• Assist facility leadership with workforce and employee-related challenges.

• Travel regularly throughout assigned South Jersey facilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in healthcare, skilled nursing, long-term care, or a multi-site environment.

• Strong employee relations and leadership experience.

• Experience coaching and supporting HR professionals and facility leadership.

• Knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and compliance.

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to travel throughout South Jersey.
