Hand & Stone is looking for an experienced Lead Esthetician to join our team. This is the perfect opportunity for a high-performing esthetician who loves skin care, thrives in a leadership role, and wants to help develop the next generation of estheticians. You'll have access to advanced services including LED Phototherapy, Neveskin, Hydrafacials, ProPen, NuFACE Microcurrent, Chemical Peels, and Microdermabrasion , while working in a supportive environment focused on results, education, and career growth. What You'll Do- Lead and support the Esthetics Team
- Coach estheticians on performance, retail, and client retention
- Drive service and retail sales growth
- Assist with training, onboarding, and team development
- Monitor inventory and treatment supplies
- Deliver exceptional facial and skin care services
- Partner with Spa Management on goals, events, and team success
- Licensed Esthetician
- Strong retail and upgrade sales performance
- Experience with advanced skin care treatments
- Natural leader with coaching and training abilities
- Positive attitude and passion for helping others succeed
- Established client base and membership model
