You will primarily operate from our outpatient office while also maintaining flexibility to work remotely as needed. Regular business hours are supplemented with occasional evening shifts to accommodate clients' availability.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to identify and address clients' mental health needs effectively.

• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy while employing a variety of modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated care for clients.

• Deliver timely crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress or emergency situations, assessing risks and formulating safety plans.

• Engage actively in community outreach initiatives, contributing to efforts aimed at promoting mental health awareness and education.

• Document all therapy sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes with precision and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and foster therapeutic alliances with clients.

• Cultural competence and an understanding of how to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong organizational skills and time management abilities to ensure documentation is completed accurately and timely.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working in a community mental health setting is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in utilizing an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for documentation and treatment planning.

• Experience in providing trauma-informed care and working with clients facing various mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
