Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to determine mental health status and diagnostic needs, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each individual's unique challenges.

• Develop and implement tailored therapeutic plans utilizing evidence-based approaches to address issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions (both individual and group) focused on providing tools and coping strategies for clients, actively monitoring their progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population, addressing a spectrum of mental health concerns among individuals aged 12 and above, including those from various cultural backgrounds and communities. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in New Jersey.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating competency in working with diverse patient populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
