Payroll Coordinator

Hermann Services, Inc., headquartered in South Brunswick, NJ offers trucking transportation, brokerage, warehouse, and packaging services throughout the United States, specializing in the Northeast and Gulf Coast/Texas Regions. Our offices and facilities are located in New Jersey, Texas, Delaware, and Maryland. Launched in 1927 when Fred J. Hermann purchased his first truck, the Hermann name has since stood for integrity, value, service, and logistics expertise. We are seeking a Payroll Coordinator to work at our office location in South Brunswick, NJ. Responsibilities:
• Enter new hire information in ADP
• Processes driver settlements and payroll through Transportation Management System (TMW)
• Manage our Driver Sign-on and Referral Bonus process
• Administer employee benefit plans through ADP, including reconciliation of invoices
• Administer FMLA, NJ FLA, and NJ FLI processes
• Enter wage garnishment, unemployment, and third-party sick pay information in ADP and/or respond to state agencies
• Run, compare and analyze reports
• Other duties as assigned Qualifications:
• Experience with ADP WorkForce Now or similar HRIS
• Intermediate Excel Skills
• Data entry experience with strong attention to detail
• Experience working with Confidential information
• Experience working with FMLA, NJ FLA, and NJ FLI preferred
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Transportation industry experience preferred
