Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Facilitate individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, adapting to the specific dynamics and challenges presented.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care, participating in team meetings and case consultations to enhance treatment approaches.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records while adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and seminars to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work primarily with individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

• Competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
