Outbound Call Center Representative

Connecting with patients to promote preventive health measures, the full-time Remote Outbound Call Center Representative will make 100-150 outbound calls per shift, educating individuals on the importance of health screenings while working remotely. Key responsibilities Make outbound calls to patients regarding their screening kits and educate them on preventive health screenings Identify and resolve barriers preventing patients from returning their kits while delivering outstanding customer service Effectively de-escalate concerns and create positive patient experiences through consultative conversations Required qualifications Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check Experience or interest in a fast-paced outbound call center environment Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred Stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment
