You will partner with the Division Managers (DMs), ensuring alignment between site and field sales team members’ activities, reinforcing the vision and purpose of the client segment, and drive the team to accomplish strategic initiatives and goals. You will provide performance feedback to ensure ongoing achievement against goals and development of sales capability across the team; partner with sales coach to ensure alignment in messaging and development of associates.“I am the person Capital Group is looking for.”You’ve had previous experience leading/managing a sales teamYou are a transformational leader who engages and inspires others to achieve meaningful results.In addition, you will develop a high performing team.
