Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain positive, trusting rapport with patients, promoting a safe environment for open communication.

• Diagnose and treat various mental health disorders through evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs and circumstances of each patient, ensuring that strategies are aligned with therapeutic goals.

• Conduct regular counseling sessions to monitor patient progress, assess treatments' effectiveness, and modify plans as necessary.

• Utilize comprehensive assessments to evaluate and document ongoing patient progress, ensuring alignment with therapeutic objectives.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including emotional assessments and immediate treatment for acute mental health issues.

• Lead group therapy sessions and workshops, cultivating an environment of peer support while referring clients to specialists and other community resources as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on supporting a diverse patient population, including individuals and families facing a broad range of mental health challenges. You will work with clients from various backgrounds, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Your expertise will play a crucial role in advocating for improved access to mental health resources and personalized care that respects individual differences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required for consideration.

• Active and valid LCSW license is mandatory.
