About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Operations Manager to provide comprehensive operational and administrative support to the Office of the CEO. This senior role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of the CEO's day-to-day activities, including calendar and travel management, as well as leading Board engagement and governance operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively supporting the CEO, owning workstreams related to Board engagement, and leading special projects that enhance the Office of the CEO's operations. The role demands a high level of independence, the ability to anticipate the CEO's needs, and a commitment to the organization's mission and values. Applicants for the Executive Operations Manager position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years' of relevant experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in Board, governance, or high-level stakeholder engagement. The role requires exceptional writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, resourceful, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and experience with AI tools is a plus. The role also demands a deep understanding of and commitment to the company's work, culture, and values, as well as exceptional interpersonal skills for managing a range of relationships, including very senior external counterparts.
