Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments with individuals, couples, and families to identify their unique challenges and goals.

• Facilitate therapy sessions using various evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Family Systems Therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific client needs, collaborating with clients to set actionable and measurable goals.

• Engage in regular consultations with interdisciplinary team members, including psychologists, social workers, and support staff, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client progress in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
