Description LOCATION: Louisville, KY - In-Office REPORTS TO: Inbound Call Center Manager TYPE: Full Time, Non-Exempt DEPARTMENT: Customer Service *This position is onsite at our Louisville, KY office* Generation Tux is an online company focused on modern formalwear for life’s most important events. Generation Tux is looking for a Customer Service Agent who is passionate about helping customers and creating a positive experience with every interaction. In this role, you will support customers by phone and email, answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure each customer receives timely and thoughtful assistance. What we offer our Customer Service Representatives: Paid training Leadership guidance to ensure your success A diverse and inclusive workplace What we are looking for in our Customer Service Representatives: Skilled customer service representative with the ability to answer customers by phone, email, and social media platforms Dependability Computer skills Multitasking and organization skills A strong desire to help and be empathetic to customers’ needs Requirements Excellent written and oral communication skills in English 2+ years working in customer service (in person or virtually) Ability to remain calm under pressure Ability and knowledge using computers and various platforms(email, chat, social media) to answer customer needs Schedules Available Full Time team members participate in a quarterly shift bid based on performance. Common schedules are 9:30 to 6:00, 10:30 to 7:00, 11:30 to 8, and 12:30 to 9 with varying days off during the week and some weekends. Saturday and Sunday hours are 9:30 to 6:00.
