TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Cleveland, Ohio, 44119!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med/Surg Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. License: Permanent Ohio license or compact license in hand required. Certifications: American Red Cross BLS & ACLS required. Must-Have: Recent Epic charting experience required. One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required to qualify for submission. Description: All requirements listed in the job description and submittal requirements are non-negotiable. This role involves night shift, working three 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. Minimum of 18 months permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience is required. Must have 18 months permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. Required certifications must be active with nothing pending. Recent references must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months. Candidates must work at least every other holiday. An ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessment will be completed. An acceptable score on both assessments is required. Candidates will have a maximum of two attempts to pass the assessments. Background checks of any kind will be reviewed, and candidates cannot have any open cases. Candidates cannot have any license hits. Nurses and CSTs are temporarily exempt from nicotine-free facility requirements. All other travelers must be nicotine-free. A negative 10-panel drug screen, including nicotine, is required within 12 months of start and must be updated annually. Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to the organization for one year from their previous end date. Background checks must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract. Candidates may extend with the client for a period of 18 months; after which, a six-month break is required. Modules may require additional time outside of billable hours. Modules are recorded through the designated system.
