Tradeshow Marketing Manager Summary Chetu is seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and strategic Tradeshow Marketing Manager to lead the end‑to‑end planning, execution, and optimization of our presence at trade shows, conferences, and corporate events. This role is responsible for driving brand visibility, generating high‑quality business leads, and supporting pipeline creation through world‑class event marketing programs. The ideal candidate thrives in fast‑paced environments, excels at managing complex logistics, and partners closely with Sales to ensure effective lead capture, follow‑up, and ROI measurement. This role requires strong cross‑functional collaboration and the ability to flawlessly execute events that elevate brand awareness and strengthen industry relationships. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Event Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive event marketing plans aligned with company goals; coordinate floor plans, booth assignments, logistics, and setup tracking; manage end‑to‑end execution of trade shows, conferences, and corporate events. Lead Generation & Sales Alignment: Collaborate with Sales and Demand Generation teams on pre‑ and post‑show outreach strategies; ensure effective lead capture, qualification, follow‑up, and ROI measurement; support pipeline creation and revenue‑aligned event initiatives. Budget & Resource Management: Develop, track, and reconcile event budgets to maximize efficiency and ROI; manage vendor relationships and ensure cost‑effective event execution. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing (Content, Creative, Product) to align messaging and develop promotional materials; coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand presence. Performance Tracking & Optimization: Analyze post‑event performance metrics (CPL, MQLs, ROI); provide actionable insights to improve future event strategies. Requirements 3–5+ years of experience in event marketing, trade show management, or a similar B2B role. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines. Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including weekends.
