In this role, you will help create a positive member experience by providing exceptional customer service, assisting with daily facility operations, and serving as a welcoming first point of contact for members and guests.This is an on-call/substitute position, ideal for someone looking for a flexible schedule and available to provide coverage on an as-needed basis when regular team members are unavailable.Greet, check-in and assist customers. Provide program information, services, membership and ensure the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.Minimum RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED required.Previous customer service experience a plus.Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.Compensation: $13 - $15/hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
