GQR is looking for an entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to join our growing Life Sciences Consulting division.

\n

\n

This is an opportunity for someone who has built their career in staffing and recruitment and has a strong track record of generating net-new business within the Life Sciences market .

The Opportunity

\n

As a Business Development Manager, you will:

\n

\n
• Own new business development across the Life Sciences staffing and consulting market
\n
• Identify, prospect, and build relationships with new clients and senior decision-makers
\n
• Develop a strong pipeline of opportunities and convert prospects into long-term partnerships
\n
• Leverage your existing Life Sciences network and industry relationships while continuously expanding your market reach
\n
• Consult with clients to understand their workforce challenges and develop tailored staffing solutions
\n
• Lead client pitches, presentations, RFPs, RFIs, and strategic business development initiatives
\n
• Negotiate terms and develop mutually beneficial partnerships across permanent and contract staffing
\n
• Expand existing relationships into new departments, locations, and service lines
\n

What We’re Looking For

\n

We’re looking for someone who is commercially driven, highly connected, and knows how to win.

\n

You bring:

\n

\n
• A proven track record of generating new business within Life Sciences staffing or recruitment
\n
• An established network across pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, CRO/CDMO, healthcare, or related Life Sciences organizations
\n
• Demonstrated success with prospecting, consultative selling, and closing new client partnerships
\n
• Strong understanding of staffing solutions and the ability to sell into complex organizations
\n
• Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
\n
• The ability to identify opportunities, create a strategy, and turn relationships into revenue
\n
